not sure if im pregnant.

hi ladies, i am new here. im not really trying to concieve and not preventing either. i have pcos. my lmp was on june 6th, 2014 but it wasnt actually a true period because it was induced. i have no idea when or if i ovulate or when my next period is due. Basically since november 20th i have noticed a change in my discharge. it has gotten scant. i used to have a lot of discharge. recently i have noticed than i barely have any discharge at all. when i wipe the tp is only damp with sometimes just a tiny streak of ewcm on it. down there has being dry this entire month which is so so weird.
i have being doing pts and getting different results. i used the allere brand that has a +/- in the middle and i keep getting a + with this brand while pts with 2 lines like FRER giving me one line. each time i test with the allere my results would get brighter which would have me assume that my hcg is rising.

i am confused and not sure if i am pregnant or not. any suggestion? please help!
