I never got a BFP but I did get debilitating headaches from maca.

I used maca powder capsules for the last 8 months. They did not give me headaches; I was taking 3,000 mg a day (Vega brand). I just recently became pregnant but would not attribute it directly to taking maca. It is an excellent supplement worth trying. Do not take it for months continuously. It is an adaptogen and by taking a couple of weeks of a break with it here and there you can keep its effectiveness on the body. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I wanted to add that all in all we had been trying for 18 months with fertility medications, injections, and various vitamins + supplements. 2 months ago we also added acupuncture and Chinese herbs to the regimen.
