I have never heard of them but if they are designed to be a prenatal vitamin for women and contain the recommended amount of folic acid (800mcg - or more) I am certain they are fine to take. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I take Spring Valley brand from Walmart. As long as it has the 800mcg of folic acid it shouldn't matter. I tried some samples that my doc gave me and they were STRONG and tasted just like rotten fish every time I burped.. So I couldn't do those. It really depends on what's best for you. Try them and see.

Thank you ladies. The boyfriend bought them after work first thing i checked was the acid. Its 800. But, it also says for lactation so i wasnt here.

Pregnancy vitamins are for both pre and post natal. Its recommended u continue to take them for 6wks after delivery...longer if ur breastfeeding. I'd pick an additional FA supp if u can, u definitely do not wanna be deficient. Ur call tho.

I tried walmart, costco and gnc prenatals but I finally found one I loooove: they're called Rainbow Light One. I've found them at Vitamin Shoppe for $30 for 150 pills. You only have to take one a day so it's a bargin. They are whole food mineral based (not synthetic minerals) no aftertaste and they contain ginger to settle the stomach! Genius!
