Question

Should I lay down after bd?

just wondering if anybody thinks it makes a difference if you stay horizontal after doing the deed? I have a tilted uterus and willing to try anything! Seems it'd make sense but at the same time I'd think the spermies know what they're doing. Thoughts?

The spermies do know what they are doing and are pretty fast :) After the initial contact with the CM they immediately start their journey. While I believe this is the case I nevertheless have been lying down after bd for ~15 min. It made me feel better about our TTC efforts whether the horizontal resting is necessary or not. Me too. I really think our body is designed to retain the sperm need no matter what position we are in but laying down makes me feel like I'm doing something to help! :)

I think it's a good idea to lay down for 15 minutes afterwards too.
