Symptoms- PMS or Early Pregnancy??

I have been constipated since 5 DPO. I am now 11 DPO lol, so you can tell this is bad! Definitely not normal for me, I was used to going very regularly. My boobs can't be touched they are so sore and tender, same with my nipples (but they're not darker or larger, like I've heard). I've also been feeling cloudy-headed which is unusual for me and just super achy. My back especially. Are these normal PMS symptoms or am I looking at something bigger? I might be sick, I haven't been constipated in many months at least, and not for this long!
