Very long cycles, Am I pregnant?

Okay, so this is kinda confusing. I have always had pretty irregular periods. My cycles last between 40-60 days. My last period was Aug 29th, and I was bleeding until around sept. 15th. I have not gotten another period yet, and it is now close to the end of Nov. I took a pregnancy test in October. My partner and I only use withdrawl....and have been using this method for about two years. I have had extreme nauseas...especially to smells, vomiting, back pain, and headaches for this whole month. I'm not sure if its in my head or if pregnancy could be a possibility.
