Wonky cycle last month, and no period this month...yet

We have been ttc baby #1 for about six months now, and every month I end up buying so many tests just to be disappointed. While we have been ttc for awhile, I was not surprised that I hadn't. We moved 3 times this year, started a new job, and attended two funerals in one month. Needless to say, my stress levels were through the roof. In September ( the month of two funerals) my cycle got really weird, and I had some heavy mid-cycle bleeding, which never happens. Then, my next cycle lasted a whopping 44 days, which has also never happened.

So, my last period started on October 25th, and now I am on CD 35 with no af. On November 24th, 26th, and 27th I experienced very light pink spotting. Only visible when I wiped. I had assumed it was pre-period spotting, but every other time I have had period spotting, af would start the next day. While I have not got my hopes too high this month, I am just looking for some opinions or advice. Should I wait to test until I hit CD 45?
