Can neg test today be positive tomorrow?

My last AF was Oct 28. I think I am 12 DPO and a day late for my period, I tested this AM but nothing. Could I still test positive if I got a neg this am?

Yes you can it depends on what test you used first?? first response would definately tell you if you are but than again some women don't test positive till they are a week late or more every pregnancy is different.. Good luck to you!!
