Confused about tests...

So my LMP was 19/10, I took a pregnancy test yesterday afternoon and got a very faint positive, so I tested again this morning using FMU and got the same line again, wasn't any darker..

I used tesco store brand which measure at 25miu sensitivity (if that's what it's called, lol)

I'm going to retest with some Internet cheapies on Wednesday which measure at 10.

Do you think that these two faint lines are positives?
If so how many weeks would I be if my last period was 19th October?

I'm all new to this please shed some light, thank you x
