Question

Extremely Sore Breast @ 9 weeks?

To all my pregnant ladies!! I am 9 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I have had sore bbs since even before my BFP. They have been so horrible here lately though, like do not even look at them sore! Is there anything I can do to help? I've tried tylenol and my heating pad but it seems not to work. Anything else that might help??

Thanks ladies!

When I first found out I was pregnant, my friend who's had two children told me that she would stand in a steamy shower and let the warm water run over her breasts. I don't really know why it helps, but it really helped me when my breasts were that tender. Also make sure to wear a supportive, tight fitting bra because the bounciness and lack of support can make it worse.
Congrats and good luck :)
