You tend to ovulate 11-36 hours after a pos opk.
OPK tests only detect a surge, not the ovulation, so it's very normal for tests to show pos then few hours later a new.
If you bd every other day thro your cycle you will catch your fertile time x

You could have also used still too early of a urine sample and your lh was still high.. Try afternoon around 12-8pm
