Completely different period cycle, weird signs but still BFN..

My last cycle, I had 2 days of extremely light spotting then 2 days that it got a bit heavier, but a lot of clotting but hardly any heavy red blood flow then 1 day of extremely light spotting again which is very different to my usual cycles.. I've had pinching and cramping since my cycle and the last 4 days I've had menstrual like cramps, even though I financed my cycle 6 days ago.. I've also started having bad back pain and getting really tired even though I eat very well and drink a lot of water.
I've also had a few days on & off that I feel like I could be sick but never have actually been sick. Anyone else experienced anything like this?? Is my body just tricking me...
