Some women have vomiting, but it's not as common. Morning sickness usually hits around 4-7 weeks into pregnancy. Dizzyness is more common and being extremely tired no matter if you had 8 hours of sleep Is common when it comes to early pregnancy symptoms.

For me.the tiredness hit at 4 weeks practically when I find out I'm preggers.it like a tiredness I've never felt.u are just stuck to ure bed in the morning and espically in the evening u can't get ureass off the sofa only to pee..vomiting started at 7 week for me on my twin preg but never sick on my 2 singleton pregs..

Personally for me I started to notice that I was dizzy and my balance was off around 9DPO... I honestly thought I was out that month and thought I was just having a sugar low. Next morning I took a hpt and it was a very faint positive. Ever since that faint positive I have nauseas spells.. Not sure if it is in my head or what. & I am currently 4 weeks and haven't really experienced being tired yet - Sorry can't help you out there!

It really depends. Some women have zero symptoms. Every woman & pregnancy is different. I never had the "extreme tiredness" with either pregnancy. I was never really dizzy either. I started vomiting at 4.3 wks with my first, and about 7 wks with my second.
