Creamy CM with Orange and i don't understand my chart.could i get some help please

My first time charting and for anyone who knows where this might be going what does it look like , i got some well light orange CM tonight it was creamy and clear like lotion but had a tint of orange in it too can anyone help out , like out of stuff red, or just know would love to here people thoughts on it
