I had my 3rd miscarriage on July 18th and now I am 4w3d pregnant too! First off congrats! Secondly, I am just as scared poopless as you. I am so afraid of this pregnancy getting ripped away any moment that I feel like I can't be happy yet even though this one seems different too. My nurse assures me that my beta is nice and high and doubling beautifully but I am still so nervous!

Oh mnor0406 it's so nice so see I'm not alone! we are almost twinsies lol first off let me say congrats and I hope everything goes great for u and ur Lil bean... yes I am nervous and worried and so ready to get some relief from a doctor! I've been to the health dept but all they did was a test. . I have no idea what my betas are or what betas even are:/ I'm waiting for my medicaid to get approved before I can go to the doctor (my job doesn't offer insurance:( ) at your first prenatal do they test your blood or whatnot or do u have to ask? I just don't want the doc to disregard my previous miscarriage and not give me the best care.... please keep me informed on your progress I would love to hear from u:)

I was 14.5 weeks when my baby's heart stopped. Found out at a prenatal appointment my baby had died. Had to deliver the little one & It was a very sad time for me. Three months later I found myself pregnant again. I was excited, but sacred also. Once I reached 5 months I was very relieved & delivered a baby boy who's 3 years old now. Congrats and I hope you have a healthy and happy pregnancy!

thank u so much wildflower73.... that really gives me hope that maybe it was just gods way of saying the baby wasn't ready and now is my time:) thank u so much. .. also, did any of you experience mild headache early on? I get a couple mild ones every day lol hope this is another lovely symptom

The only reason I had blood levels drawn is because I did ivf. Seems like a good majority of women don't get betas. They watch you much more closely at a fertility clinic. I have 1 more blood test on monday to make sure things are still looking good and then I can schedule my 1st ultrasound at 6-7 weeks, most women don't go in until 8-12 weeks. One of the only benefits of fertility treatments...lots of ultrasounds. I am just trying to take it 1 day at a time. I read somewhere a few days ago someone had posted their mantra "today I am pregnant and I love my baby" they had been repeating everyday and I borrowed it. I feel like it is helping me focus on just the present.

oooo ok:) and yesi am as well. .. just enjoying all the new symptoms thati didn't have at this week marker last time. . and I like that mantra! :)

My first pregnancy ended with a m/c at 8 weeks, I got pregnant immediately after and had a flawless pregnancy and my daughter is now 11 years old. Good luck!

thank u shaybee1980... that also gives me hope.. last time my worry was that I didn't feel pregnant. . no symptoms or anything.. this time I have quite a few so it's nice to know that things are possibly better... just ready to go to the doc and maybe hear a beat or see some hcg numbers that everyone is talking about... thank u all for your info and helping to calm my nerves... you all are wonderful!
