Ovulating twice in one month after nexplanon removal

Had nexplanon removed 28th sept. Positive ovulation test 7th Oct and again 20th Oct. Anybody ever had this happen to them?

If you were going to ovulate twice it would be on the same day - after ovulation you produce hormones that prevent it from happening again. Most likely is either you didn't ovulate with the first positive OPK (sometimes you surge but don't actually O) or you had another LH surge in the luteal phase. Temping or a blood test is the only way to confirm that you did ovulate. GL!
