Question

Bbt charting, cm monitoring, cervix checking, opks, help?

Okay so AF reared her ugly head for me, this cycle would put my estimated due date as mine and my dads birthdays, so I'm really going all out for this cycle. Question is though, how do you bbt chart? How do you tell the cm consistency etc. And cervix checking? I have a centigrade bbt thermometer, but have no experience charting it. Along with these three monitoring methods, I will have blood drawn everyday from CD 10 to 20, as well as opks, 5 days of 50mg clomid (first cycle ever using), and fertile pro for my fiance. Can anyone help me along with vharting , cm monitoring and cervix checking? Input on best times to use opks would be great too! Cycle 14 for me, 2nd since hsg.

I stopped BBT charting because my doctor said if I am using the OPK's that really detects the hormones before you ovulate where the temperature spike is after you have already ovulated. So if you are already doing OPK's that is going to be more accurate than anything. Opk's tell you when to start based on length of your menstrual cycle. Your CM around the time you ovulate becomes what they say is egg white consistency. Slimey I suppose. Good luck!

Thank you, unfortunately my supply of opks is starting to dwindle and with Christmas coming I don't know when I'll be able to buy more, as they are $50 for 5 tests here, I'm hoping to bbt chart so when I do run out I have the patternalmost figured out!
