Irregular cycles... what should i expect my Luteal phase to be?
Ok so since coming off BCP i have had WAY long cycles ( 4+months) i just started charting, and taking metformin. Well i finally ovulated!! ( positive opk and bbt chart confirmed) YAY lol
but now my question is when would i expect my period to be late? what the luteal phase frame?
12-16?
14-16?
12-18?
I have NO idea... Help please :)
