Unfortunately, I have not become successful yet but this is what I started doing only 2 weeks ago and I will continue with it until.....Here is my "breakfast fertility drink": I mix "Greens Organics" raw superfood (containing a blend of grass varieties and sea vegetables) with 1 additional tsp of Hawaiian Spirulina. I add goji berry powder, diatomaceous earth, brewer's yeast, 1 Tb of aroniaberry extract and water. It is a weird mix; the color is pretty; the nutritional value is high; taste is another matter. After that I swallow 1 Tb of fishoil and start my day. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

The only thing that has worked for me was giving up trying, then surprise. Maybe I was relaxed XD

This month I decided to give up gluten, switch to Thorne vitamins (they contain folate instead of folic acid), incl. a B vitamin supplement, take Agnus Castus (aka Vitex) tablets every morning and chart my BBT to know when I ovulated. I don't drink coffee or alcohol anyway. Something worked, as I got my BFP. However, I cannot shout too loudly, as despite about 8 positive tests I don't really have any symptoms to speak of yet (c.4 weeks)! Until these arrive I am reluctant to get too excited!

We tried a few things this cycle to get our BFP, but I know it was God directing us! I hadn't ovulated in 9 months at that point and had been using Progesterone cream to regulate my cycle. I felt the little pinches that I normally felt at O and took an OPK. It was the most positive test we'd ever gotten! I used Progesterone Cream to lengthen my LP (I am deficient) and am currently still on it since it worked for us!
We also used softcups to hold the sperm closer to my cervix, and acupressure for fertility just for the fun of it.

the month we used pre-seed we got pregnant.... we were trying before that for 5 months.
