Hi I got a positive opk yesterday and had the pain the day before I think it's good u got the pain on the day of ur positive opk I would count the day of ur positive opk but ino the egg can be released after that did u get any ewcm?

For me it has always been hard to tell if I have ewcm. Sometimes I think I do and then later in the day it seems too sticky to be ewcm. Ugh. Confusing!! I'm just happy I have the positive opk! It is such a long wait each month after BFNs the month before!!! Sending good luck your way as well!!!

I feel when I'm ovulating cos my body tends to heat up a bit, I usually ovulate the day I get pis opk.
My ovaries are griping now, due ovulation maybe tues

I would say tomorrow's O day. Only becuz O pains can happen before, during and/or after the actual release of the egg...tomorrow would be the median of the 12-48hr time frame but it can happen before or after those times as well. Its tough to say for sure, is temping an option for u?

Ovulation can take place up to 3 days after the surge and O pain does not necessarily happen at the time of ovulation. One study that used ultrasound to confirm ovulation showed that most women actually ovulated within a couple days after reporting O pains. I would put today as your likely O day.
