I got horrible strange cramps am i pregnant ? , i got nauseous also and pale

i got my period but i had weirdest painful cramps ever i've never gotten cramps like this before my lips were pale and i was really really nauseous and i had headaches . I took a shower and the cramps wouldn't go away and then i took a pill for mild cramps and they went away but afther i went to go visit a friend the cramps came back but they weren't painful at all, me and my boyfriend didn't use protection , am i possibly pregnant? Or is it something else ? Can i still be pregnant and still get my period at the same time ?
