5 weeks after D&C negative test no period??
Hey all, I found out I was pregnant with my first August 5th! Unfortunately I lost the baby no heart beat at my 10 week visit baby stopped growing at 8 weeks. I had a D&C September 17th bled for about a week then spotted for another 2 weeks I just stopped spotting 2 days ago my tests are negative so I know the HCG is out of my system so why haven't I got my period? Will I ovulate first then get my period 2 weeks from now ? We are trying again but my tests are all negative I'm so confused I just wish I would get a BFP or af

I'm sorry about what happened.
Try not to stress yourself out... it is normal for your period to take 4-6wks to return maybe even longer.
I had a ruptured ectopic at 6wks back in Aug requiring surgery and I lost my left tube. It took nearly 6wks beforeI got my period.
Just give yourself some time to heal. If still no period in a week or two, call your doctor and see what they say.

Hi as the other lady said they say 4-6 weeks for your first period, which can also be pretty heavy ... once that has passed you will hopefully quickly get back into your regular cycle :)
sorry for your loss, we had a miscarriage in August and just waiting to see what happens this month - is a emotional roller coaster, hope it works out for you x
