Loads of signs, loads of BFNs :(
Been ttc #1 for almost 2 years. Prior to this had been on bcp for 7 years. This month had a really strong positve opk and did the deed the 3 days leading up and several days after. Suffering from extreme bloating and discomfort, mild cramps/twinges/pressure, headachey, fatigued and very emotional. Yesterday at 11dpo experienced a little yellow cm when wiping, and again this morning which progressed to pink and then very pale brown/pink. Don't feel like AF is on her way but just had a BFN on an internet cheapie :( what are the chances?!

Well, as you probably know by now, symptoms tell you little. PMS & early pregnancy feel identical. But the general statistics are: if you're under 35, both partners have no fertility issues, and you maximize all of your fertile days, you have a 20-25% chance per cycle. If you're 35+, it goes down to 15%. It goes down the closer you get to 40 as well. But those are just general numbers. Since you've been trying for 2 yrs, have you or your partner been tested for fertility issues? Are you confirming ovulation with temp as well as opk since they can be inaccurate?

Thanks. We've only been using OPK for 3 months but this was the first month we managed to time it right and get a positive results. It's more been not trying not preventing and just expecting it to happen. We're both in out mid twenties so I guess we'll focus a little more on opks and "trying" and see where that takes us if this month is out. Really bad cramping this morning and a little breakthrough bleeding, no where near as heavy as my period normally would be (yet). A little Early for my period, usually 32-36 days and this only 29. Time will tell I guess but I have the feeling we're out this month.
