I read on hear if you have a tilted uterus which I do, the best sex position to conceive is doggy style,and also to lay on tummy after not back..
How does that work if my uterus is pointing towards my tail bone?
Surely gravity and all that? X

My doctor said that's all bunk. The force of ejaculation gets the semen to the cervix, no matter what position you're lying in. Sperm are speedy little critters and they jump ship almost immediately and start making their way onwards and upwards. Also, which way your uterus is laying has no bearing on anything. You just want your cervix to be accessible to the semen and sperm.
