BD positions

We believe, based on the SA, that DH has a low sperm count/low sperm motility. Also, I have a tilted uterus. I have read and been told that missionary is the best position for low sperm count while rear-entry (doggy-style) is best for a tilted uterus. I'm in my fertile window right now. What should I do?

If had 6 children, my uterus is tilted and don't remember doing rear style x

I would go with the low sperm count options between the two (ie missionary). Low sperm count is way harder to "overcome" than a tilted uterus. GL!

Have just read up on your theory and will give it a go, trying for one more and know have tilted and am so old. Thank you for info x
