Overdosing on prenatal vitamins
Im try to conceive another baby and I heard it was best to take prenatal vitamins during the process. Now I forgot to take them for a couple days and started to double up to catch up. Can I overdose or prenatals or what is the side effect of taking too many at once?

You can overdose on vitamins yes. It's best to just take them like it says. If you miss a day or two it's not a big deal. I'm currently pregnant and am suppose to take my prenatal vitamins twice a day. Sometimes I forget to take one during the day. I just make sure I take one at night like I'm suppose to. So be safe & baby dust you!
