Anyone get pregnant with a short luteal phase(10-12days)???

My luteal phase was only 8 days when we first started. I took Vitex and b6 which lengthened it a little to 10 days, which was still too short. I ended up using Natural Progesterone Cream after ovulation to lengthen my LP. I ended up getting pregnant the first cycle I used it.

Do you have any other issue that might be causing the LP being short? Usually there's something else going on. I'm PCOS and have an LP of 10-12 days. I have started taking myo-inositol (usually sold under just inositol) 4g (1tsp) per day. Check back with me after this cycle and I'll let you know if it's made a difference.
