Am I have implant bleeding

I started spotting 3 days after my first fertile day it was a dot of red blood . Again two days later it was a lot of brown then the next day it was pink. Today it was red but alittle and some cramps on the left side of my wall . I'm ttc and I'm confused . Help please

I wouldn't know for you but for me,I remember just seeing a little spot of red blood for one night only,and I even wrote down the date it happened and turns out I was pregnant.
