Fibromyalgia/chronic pain and TTC?

I have fibromyalgia and just started TTC. Can anyone tell me their experience TTC with FM (fibromyalgia) or chronic pain and how you are managing pain and other FM symptoms?

I have fibromyalgia and was TTC for 5 years before we got our current BFP. I was taking Tramadol as needed, but tried to avoid as much medication as I could just in case it interfered. Water therapy had really helped as the lack of weight allowed me to move freely and stretch my sore muscles.
Unfortunately, I also have chronic fatigue syndrome and have not been able to manage it.
