Need help working out when I ovulated and how many weeks pregnant I am
Hi everyone I had an ultrasound on Saturday which showed nothing but a cyst on right side and thickened lining.. No sac etc :( I am casting back to when I think I ovulated and I had positive opks starting the 18th sept and a lot of o pain that day.. I continued to take the opks and finally on the 21/22 sept they turned negative ... I took a pregnancy test on the 26th which was extremely faint I barely took it as positive but the next day was a faint but very obvious bfp.. I also took two digitalis that week and they said 1-2 weeks and the frer tests have got darker and darker.. But now I'm baffled as to why the ultrasound showed nothing? Could it be my size or tipped uterus? They did abdominal and vaginal ultrasound. I've had cramps but no bleeding and now I'm extremely worried I'm not going to be having this baby at all :(

Hmmm, I think your anywhere from 4weeks, 6days to 5weeks, 3days. I'm sorry ure going through this. I don't know about you but i don't cope very well with suspense! Have you had bloods done? A gestational sac should be visible soon after your levels reach 1000ish. If you're just under 5 weeks it may be too early to see anything. Something should be visible by the start of next week though. Did your doctor seem concerned? You'll definitely need a follow up scan to ensure there's no ectopic. This is a crappy situation because there is absolutely nothing you can do but wait and see. Hugs

The ultrasound tech checked tubes and didn't see anything to worry about. She didn't seem very concerned just said I could be early... The suspense is killing me I mean is everything ok? Or not :( I have all my symtoms and feel abit sick this week very slightly.i am hoping that I was approx 4 weeks 6 days on sat and looking online lots of people didn't see anything that early but went back and all was ok.
I am due for another ultrasound in approx two weeks where I pray they will see the baby ..and due to have bloods done this week at some point. At this moment in time am very nervous and scared . Thank you for your answer x
