Implantation bleeding?Pregnancy symptoms continung

Yesterday when I went to the bathroom I saw spots on my pad,lasted for a few hours then stopped.Later that day,I started to feel dizzy,lightheaded,had severe throbbing headaches.In the later afternoon it came back a little heavier like a bright red color.It is ranging from what looks like old blood to bright red to a light pink at times. Only when I wipe at times it's a bright red color.I have had implantation bleeding with 2 other pregnancies(including my most recent one with my daughter)but I don't remember the darkness of the blood or how long it lasted. I know I have seen it brown and pinkish.
