I read that it could just be hormone imbalance. Even randomly just one cycle. Last month I swore I had a chemical pregnancy because I had cramps and VERY light spotting at 11 dpo. I still kinda think it was implantation bleeding and my period was 8 days late(never had a pos hpt tho)but several ladies on here suggested it was low estrogen. Now, I would agree if spotting occurs around the time yours did. Because the point of ovulation in a cycle is when hormones switch around. Estrogen decreases and progesterone increases. By 11 dpo I should've been full swing into progesterone. But I may need to do some more research cuz I got similar answers from 4 ladies. ANYWAY, I would say this cycle your hormones just got a little screwy. Don't stress. Continue on and if next cycle it happens again then I'd think about getting checked cuz it could be fibroids or an ovarian cyst rupturing.

OPKs will only predict approaching ovulation. And the test line "should be" very dark compared to control line. Otherwise we will always get a line in OPK because there is always LH surge in our system (body).

Spotting and cramps can be an indication of implantation. But if you say that this is happening within 2 DPO, then it is not possible. Conception happens immediately but, implantation needs 6-12 days time.

Only a pregnancy test can give you a true answer. But, your symptoms do sound as pregnancy but 2 DPO is skeptical.
