I am cramping on and off for about 4 days now and my nipples are very itchy and Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, but then my period usually comes. It can be a sign of pregnancy too. Just wait a couple of days to take a test and see if you're late or not.

A pregnancy can only implant from about 6-12 DPO. Anything you feel before that is due to Progesterone, which is always present after ovulation. Progesterone causes symptoms that can be similar to both AF and pregnancy. If you've been feeling these symptoms since about 2DPO, they are Progesterone symptoms, not related to pregnancy.
