Question

I'm ttc. I have a regular 28/29 day cycle but my shortest cycle was 26 days and longest 33

My last cycle was September 21st and ended on the 27. I'm not sure when I will ovulate but we have tried on September 27, 29, 30. Did we try on the right days to conceive a girl.

If you have a 28/29 day cycle and your last cycle started on September 21st, you had sex on CD6, CD8, and CD10. An "average" cycle would have you ovulating on CD14-15. I don't know about specifically conceiving a girl, but you tried a bit too early to catch your ovulation. Sperm at their prime can live up to 5 days, but they generally only live 1-3 days, so you'd want to try on CD11-16 if you'd like your best chance. Those dates would be Oct1-Oct6.
