Going crazy waiting to see if this bean will stick!

My last cycle ended in a chemical pregnancy, I only got one VERY faint positive test at 10 DPO, all tests after that were negative. This cycle (Clomid Round 3), I got a VERY faint positive at 10 and 12 DPO, then 13 DPO I got a nice pink line, which kind of got my hopes up, but today 14 DPO, it was back to a VERY faint line. I have been cramping on and off, feeling lots of pressure, and temps have remained high. Is there anything I can do besides sit around and wait and see if this one sticks? This is the hardest thing I have ever done.....
