Question

Ovulation tests a little confusing ??

Okay so on the 21st -25th i took an ovulation tests. They were all negative no line what so ever. Om the 27th I took on and it was dark positive. And same thing but a little light on the 28th. From the 29th till October 1st I had all negative ovulation tests. But today (October 2) I got 2 ( kind of faint but not really faint) positives. It confuses me because I already ovulated this month, I read that pregnancy and ovulation tests are similar. & that ovulation will be positive if you are pregnant. Soo any oppoinions ? I knownits only been 5 days since ovulation but still??

All through your cycle you will get faint lines, sometimes no lines, sometimes just barely seen lines and sometimes looks almost pos.
Ovulation you will get a good strong pos if you are lucky, only test to a new after ovulation then stop testing, it's too confusing.
I see in my pos OPK and see it out.

You should stop testing after your first positive OPK as you will ovulate between 12-48 hours after your first positive. OPKs can turn positive at the end of your cycle because some women experience a surge in LH right before their next cycle would start. OPKs CAN confirm pregnancy, but not until long after and HPT would have already been positive. I only got positive OPKs due to pregnancy when I was already 6 weeks along.
If you are getting another positive OPK and have not missed your period, it is not positive due to pregnancy.

On top of that, like Tottie36 said, it is possible to see a ling throughout your entire cycle, though it won't be fully positive until ovulation, because LH is always present in our systems at some level.

Also, I just saw that you're only 5DPO. Implantation hasn't even happened yet, so you are not pregnant. Implantation most commonly happens on 9DPO, but can happen between 6-12 DPO. You are not pregnant until the baby implants and starts producing hCG.

You can ovulate twice a month, so I have read. After I get my first positive OPK I do not test anymore. You ovulate 12-48 hours after you see a line (your LH surge) Are you trying to test at the same time everyday?
