Body temp rise during pregnancy

Does a womans body temp rise during pregnancy? not the Basal I know that rises but all together im at about 99.4 and mine is normally 98.6 even after O?

Yes, BBT does rise during pregnancy. In fact, if your BBT is elevated longer than your LP usually lasts, it's usually a sign of pregnancy (however, sometimes it can just mean your LP is a bit longer or that you ovulated late).
A pregnant woman's resting temperature is a bit higher all day long as well. Mine before BFP was around 98.2, but my temp is generally at 99.1 now.
Of course that all depends on when it happens. If it happens before 8-12 DPO, you haven't implanted yet and are not having a temp rise from pregnancy.

My basal and normal daytime temps were lower when I was pregnant. My basals actually ran about half a degree lower than previous BFN cycles. I didnt see any difference in temps until I hit about 30wks, but that could easily be chalked up to the weight gain and it being summer. Plenty of other women had major increases, so hopefully its a good sign for u.
