Question

Has anyone else gotten pregnant after missing a period for several months?

I became pregnant with my son after missing my period for 4 months. I believe I am pregnant now @4 weeks but haven't had my period in 2 months.

Yes ma'am. I had terrible trouble with regulating my cycle and my husband and I even decided to stop trying because I went without ovulating for 9 months. I had my period in June, but didn't actually ovulate until August, with no bleeding in between. I'm now 9 weeks along with a healthy little bean!

Well congrats I believe I still ovulate every month. I know I did this last month as we used the clearblue ovulation tracker to attempt this month.

If you know for sure you're ovulating every month, then there is definitely a chance to get pregnant without a period. However, if you're not having a period and are showing up positive on OPKs or a fertility monitor, it could be from PCOS or ovarian cysts, which is when your egg releases, but then turns into a cyst, and that could cause you to not bleed.
If this isn't your month (but I'm hoping it is for you!), I HIGHLY recommend BBT charting as it will tell you for sure that you have ovulated.
