ok iv been having dull camps at 12 bpo. i normally get woke up at 5 or 6 am by killer cramps

i have a dull cramping feeling that just started this noon. had a sore back for the last 2 weeks and in n out of nausea and heartburn for 2 1/2 weeks. i am used to having sharp stabbing pains at like 5 or 6 am waking me, that is the start of my cycle every month for the past 4 1/2 yrs. so i dont know whats going on i took a test got a negatory on that any advice?
