Cycle 8 tt.losing faith.
I have a healthy 6 year old and after 4 yearsvwith a mirena and 6 months on the pill,new fiancee and i have been ttc since march 2014.our diets are very organic and healthy for the most part.weve charted.weve done opks. I am very regular with a 28 day cycle normally and ovulating day 14 or 16 like clockwork.last month we skipped the charting and had fun with the month and had very regular sex and im not pregnant.this month we are adding vitamins for him and preseed.what am i missing.oh and yes weve used softcups

memberAs you stated you have been TTC since March of this year. This is not a very long time. Many couples need up to a year to conceive. There is only about a 20-25% chance in any given cycle. Realizing that the odds are "against" you might put your mind at ease. If you have not conceived after a full year of trying and getting the timing right make an appointment with your dr. If you are in your mid 30s see your dr sooner. Otherwise, keep charting, doing opks, take your vitamins, and be patient. There is not much else you can do. If you are interested in supplements that can enhance fertility google any of the following: omega 3 fatty acids (flax oil, fishoil), evening primrose oil, ubiquinol, soy isoflavones, maca, vitex, red clover tea, red raspberry leaf tea, milk thistle seed tea or capsules, the herbs tribulus, shatavari, and rhodiola rosea root.
