Anyone struggling to conceive try Vitex?
I've been trying to conceive after coming off of Nexplanon birth control. I have been trying for 3.5 months now, but my cycles are insane. They range from 34-40 days . Anways, has anyone had success with Vitex for regulating cycles? I've been on it for about a month now and my cycle did reach it's low point of 34, and I was wondering if anyone could share their story about Vitex.

I came off of Nuvaring and my cycles were weird. I did a lot of research and found that Vitex can fix a lot of underlying hormone problems to even out your cycle. When I was on Vitex, I had regular 31 day cycles and ovulated on CD 20. It really, really helped me. It does take 3 months for it to take full effect though, so I'd say that if your cycle is already changing, it will just keep changing for the better.
Unfortunately, that's all the experience that I had with it because after about 6 months of not conceiving while on Vitex, we tried something else. But Vitex DID help while I was taking it regularly.
