It just depends on how much you're comfortable with sharing. Personally, I just say, "No." I find it to be a rude question, but that's just me. If you're inclined to share more, you can say, "Not yet," "Hopefully," "We're working on that," "We'll know, soon," etc.

We are keeping it a "secret" so the answer would be no.

I went to a bachelorette party a few days after finding out I was pregnant. Even though I don't drink alcohol anyway, of course some people were "suspicious" that I wasn't drinking, and one girl asked if I was pregnant. My response: "I must look worse in this outfit than I thought!" Seriously though, you could probably get away with just looking at them funny and saying nothing. That is such a ridiculously personal and inappropriate question.

I think it depends on you, how comfortable you feel in answering 'yes, I am' :) so early in pregnancy. I know some women prefer to keep it secret until they pass over the risky period of pregnancy (14 weeks). In my culture is not a good sign to say 'I am not pregnant' when you know you are. So, as soon as I knew I was pregnant I told my friends and family. We were too happy to hide it :) Now our happiness is 5 y.o. and we are trying for n#2.
