This is a good one-- Postive Ovulation test then Negative

Hey Ladies,

I did a ovulation test a few days prior and on the day of September 16. I took it around 11am and it was positive on the 16th then I did another one around 330pm because I couldn't believe it and it was negative. Anyways got busy that night and nights after. Since yesterday I have been SOOOO tired I went to bed at 8pm last night had alot of lower back pain and some cramping on my side. My boobs also are tingly... but that does usually start a couple weeks before I get aunt flow anyways. Any suggestions... :)

Does it sound promising ha-ha? I am real dizzy right now too. Not entirely sure what I am asking for maybe why the ovulation test would be positive then negative and all these symptoms. Maybe just aunt flow? UGH :( :)

Not necessarily thinking pregnant symtoms. Maybe implantation?

Sounds like you caught your surge. Some women have short windows of lh surge. Those symptoms could be ovulation-related.

BTW, I have super early pg symptoms and two children, plus three pregnancies to back them up.
