Why my breast when I squezze them there we're breast milk

Today is my 7dpo this morning I did a pregnacy test and came out negative, , is 10:39 pm and I have a mild cramping, and I touch my breast to see if they hurt but instead of touch them I squezee them and for my surprise three drops of brest milk came out,,,, I don't know if that normal, if a woman who's not pregnat could have breast milk and if thats a sign of a pregancy,, pls someone let me know

You need to check with your physician on that. Having discharge from your nipples without even a confirmation of pregnancy is not normal.

It happened when I squeeze them, besides that I just feel like cramping on my breast weird,,,,,,, I don't feel good

It can be caused by changing hormone levels in a non-pregnant woman. It is best not to squeeze them if you don't want this discharge to carry on. 7dpo is to early for an accurate pregnancy test, hopefully you get a bfp in a few days.
