I usually get that kind of discharge when AF is getting ready to arrive. I would say yes, it is probably AF.

It's so strange because I've never had in between bleeding before. So that's why I was confused. Thanks for your answer! I guess it's back to the drawing board. Heh.

There is always hope, if I've learned anything it is that! It sucks but all we can do is wait and see, maybe AF won't show :) and you'll end up with a BFP. I know implantation bleeding does happen...

Hard to know. I get it though because I am usually very irregular but have had something similar occur twice and wasn't pregnant. Please keep us updated!

I had a similar experience a couple weeks ago. After longer cycles all my life (30-35 days), I had a 26 day cycle on our first month trying after a miscarriage. It was a very strange period and I'd hoped it was maybe implantation, then I hoped it was breakthrough bleeding. But no such luck. A chemical pregnancy can sometimes cause an early period, so that's one possibility.

I'm having same thing, I done a test 2 days ago which says 1-2 weeks. But today Ive been having lots of very dark brown almost black discharge. 6 weeks ago I had an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in my right tube being removed.was unsure when my period was due so tested earlier than I probably would of normally. Thinking mine is chemical pregnancy.
