Sore on tip of tongue Pregnancy symptom?

I remember the last time I was pregnant one of my first symptoms was a small sore on the tip of my tongue. This cycle I again experienced it around 6 dpo. This is not normal for me? Has anyone else experienced this or know anyone else who has?

I did this cycle and turns out I am pregnant. :) but just thought I bit it or something lol

Yes i did w/ one of my pregnancies. .... DR actually had a name for it & its very common in pregnancy! ! Unfortunately my sore lasted my entire pregnancy! !!! Ugghhh drove me bonkers lol
