5 days late 2 days heavy bleeding then stopped...HELP!!
No signs of af arriving 5 days late. Took hpt = bfn. Bummed but then really confused. I woke up around 7am on 20 dpo stomach pain and (tmi alert ahead) blood on my undies and it was heavy/cloty. Af NEVER arrives in the middle of the night and I always spot 1-2 days before arrival along with horrible menstrual cramps. That never happened. My cycles always last 5-6 days...this only lasted for 2 days.
I called my dr and spoke with the nurse...dr never called me back so I don't know what to do or think. Is is possible that I may be pregnant after all of this?
I'm tired of tracking all of this every month and being disappointed every month. I'm emotionally drained.
Does anyone have any insight or have similar situations?

That's the strange thing...it wasn't a full flow. It was clotty and inconsistant and only stayed for 2 days. Today I am spotting brown/faint pinkish off and on but only when I wipe. This is so confusing. I think I'm going to stop trying to make sense of it all and let things happen the way they are meant to happen.
