Assuming you are American (I have no idea), there are a number of ways: purchase a student insurance plan if you're a student (I have no idea); if you have a husband (no idea) and he has a full-time job (no idea) you could get on his plan, or marry your boyfriend if he has insurance; You can sign up for a plan via Obamacare; you can get a full-time job that has insurance. I know as I am under 21 in Canada, I am not only covered by my fathers health insurance, but also by OHIP, my fiance and I have no health insurance of our own as we are both just general labourers at equine facilities, and once I am on 'maternal leave' I have no source of income, but will be supplemented by Ontario Works. Only other thing I can suggest is to see about payment options if you cannot find insurance! Some doctors will waive their fee of administration and charge you prescription/procedure only if you come up in a real tight spot. Go on your journey!
