Cervix position 10dpo

I know that cervix positioning is not a definite sign of pregnancy and it varies from women to women but I can't help but wonder. I am 10dpo today crampy and for the past 3 days I am really cold never had this happen before. I checked today and I can fill my cervix has a dent I am not sure how to tell if it's open or closed it's alittle soft and high and definetly wet. I have been on bromocriptine for the last month due to higher levels of prolactin 47 last week my levels came back and they were 2.7 so I am taking it only 3 times a week for the remaining pills. Could this cause me to misscarry even if I did get pregnant? Thank you guys and good luck:)
