progesterone test results
Just got test result from doctors - receptionist read out over the phone and just said ovulation - none. level of 0.6ml. Am 47 with very high fsh over the last year - getting periods every 2 months. Recently had follicle scan - there were 7 egg follicles - largest 16mm - does it mean there are no eggs there ? is all hope gone now ?

Nope a 16mm egg is a good size and by ovulation it could be 18mm. My doctor only wants me to produce 3/4 follicles with atleast 1 over 16mm and maybe two eggs maximum. This is so I don't end up with twins.
Having a period every second month is not so good. You might not ovulate every cycle, this doesn't mean that you don't ovulate sometimes.
Are you thinking about doing an IUI? They could give you some meds to get you ovulating
Also you seem like a good candidate for taking some Vitex for 3 months before you try an IUI (talk to a herbalist about it though )
